My path to becoming a plastic surgeon started as a child growing up as one of two sons that frequently accompanied my father to hospitals on weekends to round on patients.
I knew from an early age that I would one day become a physician. After finishing medical school I completed my General Surgery Residency training in various hospitals in New Jersey and New York City, including the world-renowned Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, working alongside some of the leading cancer surgeons in the country. Despite caring for a full range of patients in every capacity from Trauma to Intensive Care to outpatient surgeries, it was always the cases with the Plastic Surgeons I trained with that got me the most excited.

Pearce Plastic Surgery is a Boston, Massachusetts specialist medical practice built on a lifelong commitment to medicine and a focused passion for plastic surgery. From childhood, founder Pearce was drawn to healthcare, often accompanying his father on weekend hospital rounds and learning early that he would one day become a physician. After medical school, he completed a General Surgery Residency across multiple hospitals in New Jersey and New York City, including training at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center, where he worked alongside leading cancer surgeons. Through a breadth of experience caring for patients in settings ranging from trauma and intensive care to outpatient surgery, he developed a particular enthusiasm for the field of plastic surgery and the specialized work performed by the plastic surgeons he trained with. Today, Pearce Plastic Surgery brings that depth of surgical experience and mission-driven training to patients seeking expert, specialist-focused care in the Boston area.
